PRO-LINE Fittings Inc.

Terms:
Cash discounts 2% - 15th of the following month. The cash discount is allowed on the merchandise only. Prices are subject to change and each order will be priced on the basis of the process in effect at the time of the order. Possession of this price list does not necessarily constitute an offer by the Company to the holder on the basis of the terms described herein.

Taxes:
Any and all sales taxes or other charges levied or imposed by any government authority, foreign or domestic, upon any product or services sold shall be paid by the Customer and added to the purchase price unless appropriate tax exemption certificates are provided to the Seller.

Packaging:
Pro-Line reserves the right to optimize packaging at our discretion. Some products may only be available in bulk package multiples or case quantities.

Freight:
All shipments are F.O.B sellers plant or authorized warehouse.Within Metro Vancouver and East to Hope, BC,  sales orders of $1,500.00 or greater, net of taxes are shipped prepaid. sales orders less that $1,500.00, net of taxes, are F.O.B. Pro-Line plant. Shipments North of Hope, BC and Vancouver Island with sales orders of $2,500.00 or more, net of taxes, are shipped prepaid, otherwise they are shipped F.O.B Pro-Line plant. On sales orders outside of B.C., including the United States, a 5% (five percent) freight allowance or freight prepaid will be offered. prepaid orders will be shipped the most economical route of our choice. If the Customer selects a route with a higher freight rate the difference will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Responsibilities:
Pro-Line's responsibility ceases when the carrier signs for the shipment in good order. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit or delays or carriers in delivering shipments for damages resulting from such delays as those caused by fire, explosion, act of God, strike or other difference with workman, shortage of materials, or labour, delays in transportation, government restrictions, war, riot, civil unrest or causes beyond our control.

Shortages:
All claims for must be in writing, within three (3) business days of receiving the ordered goods.

Damaged:
Where damage is apparent, details should be noted by the carrier on the freight bill at the time of delivery. In case of concealed damage, carrier should be called at once to inspect the damaged shipment. Do no return the goods damaged.

Returned Goods:
A Returned Goods Authorization Form issued by Pro-Line must accompany goods which are returned. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item(s) that are not a regular stocked item with Pro-Line. Credit is subject to the inspection of the goods. On items that are acceptable for credit a re-stocking charge of twenty-five percent (25%) will be assessed against the credit to cover our handling and/or inspection or repackaging and based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Freight on the returned goods will be the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return is due to defective goods. All goods returned must be in saleable condition.

Non-Returnable Goods:
All non-stocking, special, custom made, modified products, and parts are not returnable.

Limited Warranty:
Seller's products are carefully inspected for manufacturing defects; however it is not possible to discover hidden defects. Said products are warranted only to the extent that Seller will replace without charge, products to have proven to have manufacturing defects within twelve (12) months from the date of shipment thereof and provided the Seller has been given the opportunity to inspect the product alleged to be defective and the installation of its use thereof. No warranty is included against any expense for removal, re-installation or other consequential damages arising from any defect. The warranties set out above are only warranties made by Seller and are expressly in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability a fitness for the particular purpose.

Pro-Line Fittings Inc. Reserves the right to change the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of Sale without notice.
